Selecting a product
Rollover the  button product departments and select a section from the drop down menu.
The items found in the category you have picked will then be displayed with a thumbnail image, product name and the price. To view more information and view a larger product image click on either the product name or thumbnail image.
You can click the  button in the pop-up window to add the product to your shopping basket.

You can add as many items to your shopping basket as you like.
When your order is complete click the  button at the top of any page to display your Shopping Basket.
You will need to select your country of residence and shipping destination from the drop down menus.
Tax free shopping for non EU orders - Please note that if your order and delivery address are both outside the European Union then the VAT will automatically be deducted from the final bill, as your order will be an export and as such can be sent tax free.
Choose your method of payment from the drop down box. Click the button at the bottom of the shopping basket screen which states "Click Here to Complete Order - Total Amount: £**.**"
Payment options are : SagePay Secure Online Credit Card Payment, UK Bank Cheque or Fax/Post your credit card details
The next screen is where you will be asked to complete you billing and delivery details. Once you have completed your details click the 'Enter' button.
If you are paying by SagePay Secure Online Credit Card Transaction, you will be taken to a secure form which will encrypt your credit card details so that they cannot be viewed by any unauthorised person (a padlock or key will be visible, in different areas on Internet Explorer, Firefox and other browsers). Once you entered credit card details click on AUTHORIZE PAYMENT and your encrytped details will be sent to Frolic Lighting and you will be taken to a receipt page, which you can print off for your records. You will also receive a confirmation email of your order.
Paying by credit card online means that your order will be prepared and despatched sooner than paying by UK Bank Cheque, so you will be able to use your products that much quicker. If you are paying by UK Bank Cheque, your goods will be dispatched as soon as we receive your cheque. All cheques should be made out to "Acres Farm Ltd" and sent to the address listed at the bottom of this page.
If you have paid for your order by credit card the name that will appear on your statement is Acres Farm Ltd.
