Selecting a product
Rollover the  button product departments and select a section from the drop down menu.
The items found in the category you have picked will then be displayed with a thumbnail image, product name and the price. To view more information and view a larger product image click on either the product name or thumbnail image.
You can click the  button in the pop-up window to add the product to your shopping basket.

You can add as many items to your shopping basket as you like.
When your order is complete click the  button at the top of any page to display your Shopping Basket.
You will need to select your country of residence and shipping destination from the drop down menus.
Tax free shopping for non EU orders - Please note that if your order and delivery address are both outside the European Union then the VAT will automatically be deducted from the final bill, as your order will be an export and as such can be sent tax free.
Choose your method of payment from the drop down box. Click the button at the bottom of the shopping basket screen which states "Click Here to Complete Order - Total Amount: £**.**"
Payment options are : Secure Online Credit Card, UK Bank Cheque or Fax/Post your credit card details
The next screen is where you will be asked to complete you billing and delivery details. Once you have completed your details click the 'Enter' button.
Your orders are sent to us via a Secure Page and transferred to us using PGP encryption. This means that others cannot retrieve your credit card details or obtain any other personal information from our order form. Our 'Secure Server' uses thawte SSL Certificates to offer secure communications by encrypting all data to and from the site. You can check the SSL certificates validity when you are on the secure page.
Once you complete the secure details screen you will need to click the "Authorise Payment" button. You will then be shown a screen (below) telling you will receive a confirmation email of your order. If your screen does not refresh to the receipt page please click on the link.
All online credit card payments details are entered on a secure server (a padlock or key will be visible at the bottom of your screen in the secure server page).
If you have selected to pay by cheque or fax/post your details, a receipt page will be displayed, which you can print off for your records. You will also receive a confirmation email of your order. |
